How do I find the right builder?
The best way to find builders is through recommendation and reputation. We can recommend a number of reputable builders who can be approached for quotations. This can be done once you have planning approval and a building warrant. It is important to get at least 2 or 3 different quotations in writing. Make sure the builders see the plans and preferably visit the site.

How much are the planning costs?
Architectural costs are worked out on a project by project basis and we can usually provide an on-the-spot quotation at the initial, free consultation.

Planning and Building Control charges vary with local authorities and we can advise accordingly.
